Occupational Therapist (OT)

Schedule - Days: 8-hour shifts

Assignment Details - Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements - 1+ years of OT experience - LTC or Rehab experience - Active OT license - Level II experience for new grads

Roles & Responsibilities - Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders to develop appropriate care plans. Utilize standardized assessments to support clinical interventions effectively. Provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients. Assess patient progress, adjust treatments as necessary, and document outcomes in clinical records. Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders. Communicate effectively with health team members regarding patient progress and treatment plans.

Compliance / Notes - Adherence to NBCOT and State Required practice acts and ethics during professional practice as an Occupational Therapist.
