Manufacturing Operations Leader

Responsibilities
- Achieve operational goals related to safety, quality, and delivery metrics
- Develop and mentor line associates on equipment ownership and operational best practices
- Spend approximately 65% of time on production floor overseeing daily line activities
- Prepare and conduct Tier 1 production meetings to ensure line team alignment
- Proactively identify and resolve production issues before they impact output
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years manufacturing experience in highly automated environment
- Master's degree with 1 year manufacturing experience in highly automated environment
- Demonstrated servant leadership and adherence to organizational values
- Ability to analyze operational losses and establish priorities
- Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
