Job Title

Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity telemetry stepdown care in a fast-paced IMCU environment
• Deliver post-ICU care including management of drips and stable ventilated patients (no vasopressors)
• Maintain patient ratios of 3–4:1 in IMCU with PCT assistance
• Float to Telemetry and Telemetry/Med-Surg units as needed, with ratios of 5–6:1
• Document patient care and clinical findings using Cerner electronic health records
• Work independently in a high-acuity, fast-paced clinical setting

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Experience in IMC, PCU, stepdown, or telemetry nursing
• Ability to manage drips and care for stable ventilated patients
• Comfort and willingness to float to Telemetry and Telemetry/Med-Surg units
• Ability to work independently in a high-acuity environment
• Must live at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Cerner electronic health records
• Background in post-ICU or progressive care nursing
• Experience working with PCT-assisted care teams
