About the Role

Headwaters Financial is hiring an Insurance Sales Agent/SalesRepresentative to help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. You'll build your own book of business through consultative selling — uncovering client needs, recommending the right coverage, and earning residual income that compounds over time.

This is a performance-driven role with uncapped earning potential, ideal for someone who's competitive, relationship-driven, and ready to own their results.

What You'll Do

Conduct assessments to understand each client's financial protection goals
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
Recommend and present the right insurance products
Guide clients through application, underwriting, and policy issuance
Maintain long-term relationships through follow-ups and policy reviews

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Able to explain complex products in simple terms
Organized, with strong follow-up and time management
Willing to obtain an insurance license (or already licensed)
Sales experience a plus — full training provided

Nice to Have

Background in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales
Active insurance license
Track record in commission-based or quota-driven roles
