Job Title: Commercial Facilities Maintenance Technician / Handyman

Job Overview

Are you a versatile technician who takes pride in keeping properties running flawlessly? Campito Properties is seeking a reliable, skilled Commercial Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee the repair and maintenance of our commercial office environments and light industrial properties.

This is a stable, strictly commercial and light industrial role (not residential) . If you have a strong working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical, and you enjoy a dynamic workday where you move between locations in a company-provided vehicle, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance across all aspects of commercial office buildings and light industrial facilities.
Troubleshoot and handle basic troubleshooting and fixes for commercial plumbing, electrical, and carpentry needs.
Respond promptly to facility maintenance requests to ensure operations run smoothly and safely.
Diagnose building issues and determine the most efficient method of repair.
Maintain an organized inventory of tools and maintenance supplies in the company vehicle.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Proven experience in commercial facility maintenance, property management maintenance, or a versatile construction/handyman background.
Core Skill Sets: Strong working knowledge and basic hands-on skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and overall building operations.
Communication: Excellent people and communication skills. You will be interacting directly with our valued tenants and customers, helping maintain high service expectations.
Requirements: * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required to operate the company vehicle).
- Ability to work independently, manage your daily schedule, and problem-solve on the fly.
- Physical ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform standard maintenance labor.
