Join the founding team of our Houston caf.
Were hiring Baristas who are excited to bring great coffee and genuine hospitality to a brand-new market. Youll be part of the opening team helping build the culture, standards, and customer experience from day one.
What Youll Do
Prepare high-quality coffee beverages
Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Support opening and closing responsibilities
What Were Looking For
Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
Strong work ethic and reliability
Positive, team-first attitude
Willingness to learn and take feedback
Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment
Compensation & Training Pay
Base Pay: $10/hour
Training Differential: +$9/hour while in training
This differential helps replicate expected earnings once tip share is active
Training & Travel Requirement (Important)
2-week paid training in San Antonio prior to Houston store opening
Must be available for travel during this time
