We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to work on a contract basis, serving the Low Incidence Program at the Marple Education Center. This opportunity allows you to make a difference in the lives of students with varying needs in the Broomall area.

This position offers a flexible schedule, with the expectation of working 3-4 days per week. The full-time caseload focuses on students who benefit from thoughtful interventions, communication strategies, and collaborative care. Qualifications and Experience Needed:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with low incidence populations, is highly desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with IEP development, goal writing, and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for eligible students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate and timely records aligned with program standards
• Monitor progress and adapt approaches as needed for student success
