Registered Nurse - Critical Care Float Pool, Weekender Program

Position Overview United Health Services (UHS) is seeking an experienced and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool Critical Care Weekender Program on the Night Shift. This is either because there are multiple openings at different sites, or the successful candidate will be required to float across multiple UHS facilities. Primary Work Shift: Night Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36 Compensation Range: $44.77 - $67.15 per hour, depending on experience ----- Schedule Work 36 hours each weekend and get paid for 44 hours Predictable Friday-Sunday night schedule 7PM-7AM Incentives & Benefits Up to $22,500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates Night shift differential Clinical Ladder Program with mentorship and financial incentives Certification reimbursement program Relocation assistance for eligible candidates Tuition reimbursement Education Incentive Programs Professional growth across multiple inpatient specialties Education/Experience Minimum Required: A graduate of an accredited school of Nursing Preferred: Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing Previous clinical nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting License/Certification Minimum Required: Current New York State Registered Nurse License.
