What You Will Do:

• Coordinate transportation operations: manage trucking requests for assigned store locations and ensure timely completion of transportation needs.

• Optimize fleet utilization: efficiently schedule and prioritize transportation requests to maximize equipment and driver productivity.

• Serve as a central point of contact: support drivers with job assignments, scheduling, permitting, and communication needs.

• Maintain transportation records: facilitate accurate billing, fleet maintenance documentation, and operational reporting.

• Support customer and store needs: provide transportation quotes, coordinate with outside vendors, and assist in maximizing load efficiency.

What You Will Need:

• Dispatch or transportation coordination experience preferred.

• Knowledge of hauling large equipment including agricultural and construction equipment preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

• Proficiency with computers and technology tools used for scheduling, communication, and recordkeeping.

• Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
