Employment Type Full time Shift 12 Hour Day Shift (7a-3p, Monday–Friday) Description Patient Care Technician position available in our Ambulatory Surgery Unit. Monday through Friday, no weekends, no holidays! Tech role in Ambulatory Surgery includes assisting RN with patient arrival and emergence from anesthesia; transporting patients to next phase of care; bedside procedures including ECGs, finger sticks, and patient repositioning; stocking and organizing of patient care areas. Significant amounts of lifting, pushing/pulling, standing. What You Will Do Perform a variety of direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsibilities Setting up Monitor Assist patients with positioning Transporting Managing unit supplies Pay PCT Pay Range: $17.25 - $25.00. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
