Job OverviewA law firm seeks an Associate Litigation Attorney in Bloomington, IL. The ideal candidate will be an Illinois Bar licensed attorney with 1-3 years of experience in personal injury or nursing home law, ready to manage a growing docket of cases. Duties Handle all aspects of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases. Manage and collaborate with legal assistants on case-related tasks. Lead client communications and prepare necessary legal documents. Interact regularly with clients, adjusters, and legal professionals. Support the firm's mission and inspire team members through example. Requirements Licensed to practice law in Illinois. 1-3 years of experience in personal injury or nursing home law. Familiarity with discovery and litigation processes. Excellent research and writing skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Illinois. Skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in computer and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
