Commercial Bank & Trust is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mineral Wells . If you are friendly, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping customers find the right financial solutions, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll DoAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll help provide an exceptional experience for our customers by:
- Opening new accounts and assisting customers with account questions and services.
- Helping customers with IRAs, ATM/Debit cards, Internet Banking, E-Statements, and Mobile Banking.
- Greeting customers and providing friendly, helpful service.
- Supporting teller operations when needed.
- Assisting with Safe Deposit Box rentals, access, and payments.
- Monitoring reports and completing daily operational tasks.
- Building relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to meet their financial needs.
- Working closely with your team to provide excellent service and support daily branch operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software.
- Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work well with others and handle customer needs with tact and care.
