SUMMARY: Responsible for providing friendly, helpful and efficient customer service to all Click and collect customers. Assist with the overall operation of click and collect, including: order staging/processing, and customer communication and delivery to vehicle. Adhere to all policies and procedures at all times.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review orders in the staging area prior to delivery to ensure the correct number of bags
• Receives communication on upcoming deliveries and then executes friendly, helpful and efficient service bringing the bags to the vehicle as per the customers preference.
• Assist teammates with reducing shrink within the store, and specifically in the click and collect operation.
• Ensure that the click and collect operation is kept neat, safe, clean and in accordance with all company and state sanitation regulations.
• Maintain all established 5S standards.
• Front end services may be required as business needs necessitate such as packing, stocking candy and cleaning.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be honest, reliable and possess integrity/professionalism for this position.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be register trained and completed all required Front End computer based training courses successfully.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Satisfactory Performance Reviews.
• Basic Literacy skills.
• Basic Computer Skills.
