Marketing Manager

Wolf Industries is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to help grow our brand and share the benefits of modular housing with a wider audience. This is an opportunity to lead marketing for a growing company that is changing how homes are designed, built, and delivered. We’re looking for someone who can see the big picture while also being comfortable creating content, managing campaigns, reviewing performance, and turning ideas into action. In this role, you will: Develop and execute strategies that increase brand awareness and engagement Lead social media, email marketing, website content, blogs, and promotional campaigns Use analytics and market research to identify opportunities and improve performance Review Google Analytics and advertising campaigns Manage the marketing team and collaborate across departments Create compelling copy and content that motivates customers to take action Help bring a fresh and innovative approach to marketing modular homes and ADUs Manage our monetized YouTube channel, including scheduling shoots, reviewing videos, managing our videographer, and posting our videos. Manage around $6000 a month in paid ads on Facebook and Google Ads. The ideal candidate has experience with social media, email marketing, content creation, analytics, WordPress, copywriting, and campaign management. Familiarity with Adobe tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and HTML is a plus. We’re especially interested in someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a curiosity about housing innovation, and a genuine desire to learn, experiment, and grow.
