Job Title: QC Technician

Department: Quality Control

Job Summary: This position supports laboratory-oriented quality control activities for complex shapes and ammunition product lines at the West facility. The QC Technician will assist with lab testing, sample preparation, inspections, measurements, documentation, and verification of materials and finished products to ensure compliance with established specifications and quality standards. TPW is seeking a detail-oriented candidate who can accurately follow laboratory procedures, maintain organized quality records, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and communicate findings clearly with production and quality teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-minded, and committed to identifying, documenting, and helping resolve quality concerns before they impact production or product performance.

Work Environment and Schedule:

On-site position

No travel requirements

Schedule: Monday- Friday (occasional weekends) 8-5 pm.

This position will require a more flexible schedule and overtime based on operational requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

Must be a US citizen

Must meet DFAR and ITAR employment requirements

Optional Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in quality

Experience with heavy machinery safety procedures

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Leadership experience
