Production Supervisor – 2nd or 3rd Shift

Location: Freeport, IL

Titan Tire in Freeport, IL is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee operations on 2nd or 3rd shift (shift to be determined). This leadership role is essential to maintaining safety , quality , and operational efficiency across the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all bargaining personnel and departmental operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, housekeeping, and ISO procedures
• Maintain thorough knowledge of equipment and processes
• Train, evaluate, and develop team members
• Enforce company policies, rules, and procedures
• Communicate plant status to incoming shift Supervisor and Area Manager
• Troubleshoot operational issues and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in a unionized setting preferred, but not required
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Shift Details

• 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM
• Average shift length: 8.5–9 hours
