Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist

C-Lazy-U-Ranch-2 is seeking a Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for all open positions, including high-volume seasonal roles, on-site at the Ranch. You will partner with managers to craft compelling job ads, source candidates, and guide interviews through to offers and onboarding in Paylocity. You’ll also own new-hire onboarding, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth start, while coordinating with HR to maintain accurate personnel records and a positive candidate #J-18808-Ljbffr
