Floor Inspector
The Floor Inspector tests and inspects products throughout production stages to maintain quality and reliability. Responsibilities: * Perform hourly in-process inspections using ECM inspection equipment, hand gauges, scales, and visual inspections to ensure product quality * Identify and report nonconforming parts, notify operators immediately, and quarantine defective materials in both the MRP system and designated areas * Accurately document inspection results, scan and maintain quality records in the CEBOS system, and complete required manufacturing documentation * Provide production associates with required quality documentation, gauges, and inspection tools while supporting additional Quality department activities as needed Required Skills & Experience: * High school diploma * Proficient with hand gauges, including micrometers, calipers, ring gauges, plug gauges * Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 6am to 4pm * Basic computer skills Preferred Skills & Experience: * ECM machine operation experience * Experience with hardness test equipment * Ability to read and interpret part drawings #ZRSF Disclaimer:By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
