Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will support portfolio management and project governance activities by maintaining project data, preparing reports and dashboards, coordinating meetings, and ensuring accurate documentation. This role is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys working with data, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to support informed business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain project and portfolio data from multiple sources.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive-level portfolio reports and dashboards.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, expenditures, and financial performance metrics.
• Coordinate governance meetings, document discussions, and track action items.
• Support portfolio planning, project intake, and prioritization processes.
• Maintain and update project information within ServiceNow and related reporting tools.
• Analyze data and develop meaningful summaries, trends, and business insights.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate portfolio health and performance.
• Support month-end, quarterly, and leadership reporting activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively.
• Experience preparing reports, dashboards, metrics, and executive summaries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar portfolio/project management tools preferred.
• Ability to create data visualizations and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
