Table Games Dealer

We are currently looking for a Part Time 29 Table Games Dealer to join our WinStar Table Games Sub Unit 63 team located at the WinStar World Casino and Resort working 10:00PM-6:30AM - Mo Tu We Th Fr.

Summary:
Deal casino table games as assigned in order to provide a courteous and entertaining experience for all guests and generate revenue for the department.

Responsibilities:
* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
* Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
* Cleans assigned area
- Cleans and sweeps floors
- Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms
- May empty ash trays
- Disposes of trash
- May clean exterior areas such as parking lots and sidewalks
- Aligns seats close to machines in gaming areas
* Deals assigned table games including roulette, craps, blackjack and other card games
* Escalates problematic customer issues to the next level supervisor to provide a timely resolution to ensure maximum level of customer satisfaction
* Maintains security of games and monies by remaining at the assigned table and keeping visual contact with customers, game layout and chip rack at all times
* Provides instructions to guest when requested or as assigned in order to encourage gaming activity
* Coordinates with Casino Operations and Surveillance to detect and prevent attempts to cheat and to identify floor irregularities to ensure game integrity and protection
* Performs all other duties as assigned

* Able to perform simple mathematic calculations mentally at such a speed and accuracy level so to maintain the entertainment value of the game for customers and to company standards to include but not limited to counting card values and monetary win/loss
* Able to follow instructions, both written and oral
* Card and Table Games compliance
* Able to adhere to all scheduling and attendance requirements
* Honesty, truthfulness, reliability, accountability
* Able to read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of Chickasaw Nation, departmental, divisional and all other rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines
* Read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of Title 31 subject matter
* Able to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and management
* Uses voice in authoritative manner

* High School, GED or Equivalent

Credentials:
Essential:
* Pass gaming background check
* CDNC certified blackjack dealer
* Gaming license or permit as required by assigned position
* Certified all WS table games; new games within 90 days
* Certified in WS core table games within first year of employ
* Certified in Baccarat / Dai Bacc within two years of employ
* Certified in Craps/Roulette voluntary unless deemed my mgmt
