Manage labor and delivery patients, including emergent and scheduled cases. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care. Document patient encounters and procedures accurately in EMR. Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols. Cover wide age range populations, primarily patients over 12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings. What You Need: CA medical license and OB hospitalist certification (or equivalent) NBCRNA certification required DEA and CSR (highly preferred and must be in place before start) BLS certification Prior OB hospitalist experience (preferred but not mandatory) Strong communication and collaborative skills About the Assignment: This assignment involves covering OB hospitalist duties at a reputable facility in Bakersfield, CA.
