Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Employment Type: Full-time, In-Person

Pay: $25-$30 Hourly

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm some on call

Location: This role requires in-office work and on-site presence at our properties.

Report to: Maintenance Supervisor

The Scope of Work 

• Trouble-shooting service issues that our residents encounter including HVAC, general appliance work, carpentry, light electrical and plumbing. 
• Work alongside the maintenance team to ensure that both the interior and exterior of the property meet both company standards and applicable laws. 
• Work alongside the maintenance and office team to provide exceptional customer service and resolve all maintenance related issues to the satisfaction of our residents.  
• Respond tomaintenancework orders.  
• Follow-upwith residents and office staff. 
• Work in an on-call rotation that will require nights and weekend flexibility. Emergencies and stormswill   requireadditionaloncallneeds.
• Additionaltasks asassigned. 

The Ideal Candidate 

• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and your own set of tools 
• Well-rounded in allfacetsof maintenance including plumbing, light electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and small appliance repair.  
• HVAC certification and/or Boiler’s License is a plus.  
• Plumbing experience is preferred 
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills, a positiveattitudeand a customer service spirit.  
• Ability tomaintainconfidentiality,sensitivityand professionalism.  
• Proficient problem solving and analytical skills.   

• Self-disciplined and motivated to achieve.  
• You make continuous learning a priority.
