Distribution Center Inventory & Customer Support Why this role is different We will train the right candidate to use practical AI tools for communication, organization, documentation, and process improvement. No AI experience required. What you'll do Acknowledge online order inquiries and route them to the correct department. Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately. Receive and restock incoming inventory. Perform scheduled cycle counts and support inventory accuracy. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and flowing smoothly from receiving to shipment. What we're looking for Good basic computer and email skills. Comfortable managing an inbox and learning new systems. Strong attention to detail with counts, orders, and written communication. Equally comfortable on a keyboard and on the warehouse floor. Warehouse or customer service experience preferred, not required — we'll train the right person. Shows up ready to go, on time, every time — your team can set their watch by you.
