Schedule: Full-Time 40 Hours per Week 4-Day and 5-Day Options Monday to Friday No Weekends No Holidays No Evenings No On-Call

Compensation: $450,000 to $750,000+ Annual Compensation $250,000 to $350,000+ Base Salary Generous Productivity Pay Structure Malpractice Insurance Health / Dental / Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Professional Expenses Reimbursed Full Details Negotiable

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota

Company Profile: This physician-owned-and-led private practice opened in 2015 and offers a full scope of vein disease services in a comfortable, boutique setting focused on excellent patient experiences. Being owned and operated entirely by board certified physicians, their offices offer providers the day-to-day autonomy of working in a private practice setting, while receiving the support of a larger infrastructure. With a talented team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, they operate nearly 50 offices in 6 states and are excited to expand with this new location.

Position Description: Physicians see an average of 25 patients per day with the support of an on-site sonographer and fully-trained medical assistants, who also assist with charting and documentation. Specific duties of the role include:

• Radiofrequency ablation
• Laser ablation
• Sclerotherapy
• VenaSeal
• ClariVein
• Consultations
• Follow-up visits

The practice sees patients for, among other conditions: restless leg syndrome, venous insufficiency, leg swelling / heaviness, varicose veins, spider veins. The practice uses the NextTech EHR and is an all-digital environment with state-of-the-art equipment.

Requirements: Minnesota medical license DEA Board Certification or Eligibility, relevant field ability to complete a paid training program in New York City
