Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a 13-week hospital assignment requiring ARRT-MRI certification and 6 months of recent MRI experience.

Details

• 108-bed hospital with a dedicated MRI scan unit
• Patient ratio of 1:2
• GE MRI equipment used
• Documentation via Meditech Expanse and PACS
• 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch
• No weekends and no call required
• No floating required
• 5-12 procedures performed per day

Requirements

• ARRT certification in MRI required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
• Allied candidates must have 6 months of experience within the last 6 months in the applicable role
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• License required if applicable
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required

Additional Information

• Unit is ACR certified and has received the Silver Stroke Award
• Hospital-provided or personal scrubs permitted, no open-toed shoes
• Overtime may be necessary to meet patient care and physician needs
• Vacation requests must be approved prior to contract agreement
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; no local candidates accepted
