Senior Intel/Operational Analyst

ResponsibilitiesPeraton seeks an Intelligence/Operational Analyst to provide C4/Cyber Intelligence Analysis to USPACOM J6 to support the PACOM J6 in site assessments across the PACOM AOR.Location: Honolulu, HI Responsibilities:Identify threat vectors relevant to that component's C4 architecture, including adversary targeting priorities and SPOF exploitation riskContextualize findings against known PACOM threat environment, including PRC/PLAN TTPs and targeting patternsDevelop site-level C4/Cyber Intelligence Analysis findings that feed directly into the HQ authoritative baseline and decision-support productsDocument all findings in structured, machine-readable formats for handoff to Team 4 within 48 hours of returnContribute to SPOF and concentration risk analysis at the theater level based on aggregated site findingsQualificationsMinimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. Will consider Associate with 14 years or HS+16 years experience.Expertise in network architecture analysis (IP, MPLS, SATCOM, tactical data links) and on-site vulnerability assessmentKnowledge of PACOM threat environment — PRC/PLAN targeting, cyber TTPs, and C4 infrastructure exploitation methodsExperience with cyberspace terrain analysis tools and methodologies; familiarity with MRT-C frameworks and DCO conceptsFamiliarity with DODIN-A, NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and coalition network environmentsEligibility and willingness for frequent OCONUS travelExperience operating in SCIF environments at component commandU.S. Citizenship requiredActive TS with ability to obtain/maintain SCIPreferredPrior USINDOPACOM, PACOM, or CCMD-level experience strongly preferredPeraton OverviewPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
