Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
• Current (or eligibility for) valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Strong understanding of assessment, intervention, and counseling techniques
• Experience with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), RTI/MTSS processes, and special education eligibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families
• Previous school-based or educational experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to identify students’ strengths and areas of need
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to support students’ academic and social-emotional goals
• Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and other support plans
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote positive learning environments
• Offer crisis intervention and trauma-informed support when necessary
• Encourage the involvement of families in the educational process
