Our client is seeking SEVERAL 1:1 School Nurses (LPN) to provide services to students in a school based classroom.

Hours

Monday-Friday during school hours

Client's Description of Responsibilities

• One on One Nurse assigned to a medically fragile child during school hours, including transportation to and from school M-F on the school bus.
• Care for medical needs of child(ren) throughout the day
• Monitor any changes in student's status
• Complete thorough nursing notes
• Provide daily medicine
• G Tube Feeding
• Monitoring safety and well-being of student

Client's Qualifications

• Active MASSACHUSETTS LPN license
• CPR certification
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year LPN or RN experience
