Pediatrician – Outpatient Community Health Practice
Location: San Jose, California

A well-established outpatient pediatric practice in San Jose is seeking a Pediatrician to support a growing patient population. This role offers strong clinical support, consistent demand, and the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships.

Position Overview
The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care, including well-child visits, preventive medicine, immunizations, acute care, chronic illness management, and developmental screenings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric care for patients ages 0–19

• Deliver preventive care and routine health screenings

• Diagnose and treat common pediatric illnesses and conditions

• Support chronic care management and follow-up visits

• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with care teams

• Document visits and clinical care in the EMR

• Compensation range: $260k+ annually , based on experience and scope

Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

• Eligible for California medical licensure

• DEA registration (or eligibility)

• Interest in outpatient pediatrics and community care

• Bilingual skills a plus
