Emerald is hiring for a QC Inspector in San Jose, CA

Primary Responsibilities and Job Functions:

• Responsible for activities involving QC Inspection of products in accordance with documented instructions
• Ensures that manufactured products comply with the defined workmanship criteria (i.e., IPD-A-610), customer drawing and instructions
• Reading customer drawings, manufacturing process instructions and understand the quality requirements for the products
• Approving or rejecting the release of assemblies to the next process with respect to workmanship criteria and customer requirements
• Maintain inspection records of work done (data entry)
• Sending rejected products back to the responsible area for disposition
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the QC

Education and Experience:

• High school or equivalent.
• Requires previous assembly experience and working knowledge of inspection techniques and instruments.
