A growing vacation rental and hospitality company is seeking an experienced Regional Controller to oversee accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, cash management, budgeting, forecasting, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly close and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls
- Manage and develop the accounting team
- Oversee cash flow, reconciliations, budgets, and forecasts
- Improve accounting processes and system integrations
- Support owner accounting, statements, deposits, and distributions
- Partner with operations and corporate finance
- Support audits, acquisitions, and system implementations
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of Controller or accounting leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong U.S. GAAP and internal controls knowledge
- Proven team leadership experience
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
- Hospitality, property management, or vacation rental experience preferred
- Sage Intacct, Track PMS, owner accounting, or private equity experience is a plus
