About the Role:

ProHealth is seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and professional Customer Service Representative. This individual will be a key part of our day-to-day operations, helping to ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients and staff alike. What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and partners by answering high-volume incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Return voicemails no longer than 24 hours later and ensure all inquiries are followed upon thoroughly and accurately.
• Handle patient questions and scheduling needs and route to the appropriate team members when needed.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks such as data entry and greeting patients and checking them in.
• Provide real-time support to our clinics and departments, helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and excellent communication.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience (healthcare experience preferred).
• Professional and energetic phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using phone systems, email, and office tools.
• Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality for in-person work required.

Position Type and Expected Work Hours: 

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. - 4:15 p.m ., and the occasional Saturday , 7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m .  There may be hours outside of these times as business and patient needs dictate .  Your primary work location is Gulf Breeze, FL; however, you may be asked to work in one of our other locations periodically.
