As a Data Entry - Billing Exceptions Coordinator , you'll play a vital role within our Court Reporting Operations team. You'll manage scheduling requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure our clients receive top-tier service. From depositions to hearings and trials, your work will directly support the legal process and keep everything running smoothly.

Location: Must live in Chicago, IL or Milwaukee, WI

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 10 am - 7 pm CST

What You'll Do:

• Manage direct billing setups for insurance carriers.
• Review requests for missing information and proactively follow up with clients.
• Identify and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies.
• Respond to internal inquiries and retrieve necessary records or files.
• Ensure compliance with data integrity and security protocols.
• Collaborate across departments and perform additional tasks as assigned.
• Conducting research to gather additional information for incomplete requests

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1+ year of relevant experience (data entry, administrative, legal preferred).
• Litigation support experience is a plus .
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with scheduling systems or databases.
• Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable, dependable, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing tasks.
