Are you ready to set the standard for Premium and Luxury online shopping? Main purpose of the position: This role will report into the Manager, Social Media Strategy and will manage all social channels for REVOLVE Beauty, with primary focus on Instagram, Instagram Stories, and TikTok, as well as select Owned Brand social channels. This role will focus on strengthening brand presence and driving strategies to grow the audience, increase engagement, and overall content performance. This role will work closely with relevant cross-functional teams (i.e. Brand Partnerships, Influencer Relations, Events, Buying, etc.) to create and execute social strategies that support key brand initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Work closely with the Manager, Social Media Strategy, select Owned Brands Team and Beauty-focused cross-functional teams to establish an annual social calendar that includes all of the key commerce initiatives, launches, brand initiatives and events Develop detailed social campaigns for all of REVOLVE Beauty and select Owned Brand's key brand initiatives with the Manager, Social Media Strategy Focus on the continuous growth of REVOLVE Beauty's TikTok channel Own ongoing growth and content strategy for assigned Owned Brand TikTok channel(s); own strategy for boosted organic viewership on key channels Align with the Manager, Social Media Strategy to find key times to cross-promote across REVOLVE social channels Own creative briefs for relevant social shoots, influencer trips, activations and influencer contracts Ensure creative, messaging and brand voice is consistent across channels and aligned with merchandising efforts and trends Write compelling, on-brand copy for social that fits the specific goals of each initiative Manage the day-to-day posting for REVOLVE Beauty and select Owned Brand social channels (Instagram, Instagram Stories, TikTok); Bi-weekly weekend support/posting Monitor performance to ensure creative quality and cohesion Work closely with Brand Marketing cross-functional teams (Influencer Relations, Events, Partnerships) to ensure excellent social integration and support for beauty events and select owned brand marketing campaigns Develop, pitch and execute creative ideas for content or activations for REVOLVE Beauty and select Owned Brand Instagram and TikTok channels on a quarterly basis Own execution for social deliverables on co-ops for REVOLVE Beauty and select Owned Brand channels Support ongoing content strategy and execution for beauty features on REVOLVE's YouTube Work closely with Analytics Team to assess content / strategy performance; Own monthly report for both beauty and select owned brands Attend beauty-specific events for brand relations and content support; as needed Attend social shoots with the Creator Team as established lead for relevant concepts; as needed Required competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Expertise in Instagram and TikTok, a must Passion for Beauty, fashion and pop culture Strong knowledge of trends within the beauty space and influencers with in the niche Excellent copywriting skills Extremely organized, detail-oriented self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong collaborator, communicator and team-player Possess an eye for aesthetic curation and cohesive visual and written storytelling Knowledgeable in a variety of photo / video editing apps for the creation of social assets Experience in social content creation (photo, video) Understands the importance of performance data and possesses a strong ability to analyze and synthesize the data into actionable plans Facility with social listening and analytics tools Proficiency in project management and social tools a plus (Airtable, Dash Hudson, Asana, etc.) Minimum Qualifications:

2-4 years of social media experience Expertise in Instagram and TikTok; Strong knowledge of YouTube Strong knowledge of the influencers and beauty brands that are carried on REVOLVE Experience with paid social campaigns Bachelors degree a plus Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience at an e-commerce apparel or beauty brand A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
