Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) – Full-Time
Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:00pm
No Nights No Weekends No Holidays

We're seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join a supportive interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping older adults maintain independence, safety, and quality of life. This is a rewarding opportunity for an OT who enjoys building relationships, working collaboratively, and providing patient-centered care in both home and center-based settings.

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy services in home and center settings
• Conduct home safety assessments and recommend adaptive equipment
• Collaborate closely with nursing, social work, and rehab staff
• Supervise COTAs and Rehab Aides as needed
• Complete timely and accurate documentation

• Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Geriatric experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to travel locally

• Stable weekday schedule
