Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is a plus.
- Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Proficient in using measuring tools and gauges.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
