The role: Due to business expansion, we are seeking for 4x Property Managers to join our national team, to support a high-volume diverse portfolio for an iconic Australian brand. You will deliver best-practice property management across owned and leased premises, operating with independence and personal accountability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.This role requires a highly organised professional who takes ownership, follows through to resolution, and collaborates effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders.This role is available in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. The successful candidate will be required to attend the client office on-site at least three days per week.Key Responsibilities: Manage financial processes including invoice review, reconciliations, budgeting and variance analysisMaintain accurate rent and outgoings income, resolving discrepancies with Finance and Lease AdministrationOversee arrears management, disputed payments and recovery actions in line with agreed policyMonitor lease compliance and landlord obligations, escalating risks and managing disputesCoordinate property operations across internal teams to ensure seamless service deliveryManage onboarding and offboarding of properties and subleases, including system updatesOversee security deposits, bank guarantees and insurance complianceRespond to complaints, disputes and statutory enquiries, coordinating timely resolutionWhat You’ll Bring: Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration Tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate will be an added advantage At least 1 year of experience in commercial or retail property managementStrong financial acumen across outgoings, budgeting, reconciliations and arrears managementAbility to interpret lease terms and manage compliance obligationsProven stakeholder management across tenants, landlords and internal teamsStrong problem-solving and dispute resolution capabilityHigh attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and governanceExcellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesBenefitsGreat employee discounts off fitness, wellbeing & other renowned bandsPrivate Health Insurance Discounts Active Social ClubEmployee assistant program Novated Lease for EV cars Paid time off for volunteer workCareer Opportunities with Australia's #1 Commercial Real Estate firmPremium officesHybrid / flexible working About us: At JLL, we see a Brighter Way forward for our clients, our people, our planet, and our communities.
