IB Lecturer Pool 2026-2027

Overview International Business Program in the College of Arts and Letters at San Diego State University is accepting applications for its part‑time lecturer pool. Positions can be full‑time or part‑time, appointments often made just before the start of the term. Candidates must be available on short notice. The Fall term runs mid‑August to late‑December, the Spring term mid‑January to mid‑May, and Summer Sessions may be available. Initial appointments are typically one semester or one academic year, renewable contingent on satisfactory evaluations and continued availability. Applicants remain in the pool during the academic year they apply. Areas of Expertise International Business Qualifications Graduate degree in International Business or related field. Initial rank and salary for lecturer faculty are based on professional experience and educational background and are determined by the hiring department. Most new appointees are hired at the Lecturer A or B rank and placed at the beginning of the range.
