Auto Glass Customer Service Representative

LaMettry's Collision & Auto Glass is a local family owned and operated repair facility with 10 convenient metro locations. We are looking for a full time Auto Glass Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our Inver Grove Heights location.

LaMettry's is known for our exceptional customer service and treating all customers with the utmost respect. This is a high call volume department. We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills and high volume phone experience. Auto glass experience and experience dealing with insurance companies is a plus, but not required. Will train the right individual.

Qualifications:

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and support our auto glass department team

- Strong customer service and phone skills

- Knowledge of dealing with insurance companies and setting up insurance claims is a plus, but not required and will train the right individual

- Knowledge of Twin Cities geography is helpful as we have 10 locations and offer mobile glass repair service all around the metro area

-Must be dependable and team oriented

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM with 30 min lunchNo weekends

Compensation: $18-$21 starting wage, depending on experience with opportunity for growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
