Fulfilment center in Martinsburg, WV is looking for Line Lead Associates, Other duties include general clean up of work area, throwing away trash, debris, etc.

Work Schedule

Monday - Thursday

2nd Shift - 7:30PM to 6AM

General labor: $18/hr

Requirements

The Production Line Leader are responsible for set-up, operation, and reconciliation of assigned production assembly lines. Makes sure correct customer product is on the line. Trains line workers on how to assemble components and pack product per documented work instructions and quality requirements. Makes sure units/pallets are packed correctly.

Job Functions :

· Ensure correct customer product is on the correct production line.

· Assemble line sample.

· Train line associates on how to assemble components and pack product per documented work instructions and quality requirements.

· Ensure units/pallets are packed correctly.

· Print Production tags and Placards when required

· Responsible for line clearance and reconciliation process.

· Call for components and product from Warehouse when needed.

· Verify all lot codes and labels are correct when product and materials are delivered to the line.

· Perform quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with QMS, safety and GMP’s..

· Continuously monitor and verify quality of work being performed.

· Alert management of any potential problems or non-conformance.

· Follow all site and OSHA safety rules while in office areas and on production floor. Set an example for all employees by adhering to the site  Dress Code including wearing all required PPE.

· Additional duties as may be assigned.

· Responsible for Line balancing according to Engineering standards provided in Nulogy.

Job Specifications (Includes Education/Certifications/Licenses, etc.)

· High school diploma or GED required.

· Ability to multi-task and work within multiple systems at the same time.

· Ability to react to change positively and handle additional tasks as required.

· Proficient with simple mathematical calculations.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Bilingual a plus.

· Proficiency in operating a computer and hand-held scanner.

Physical Demands:

· Constant standing and walking throughout workday while on the production floor.

· Climb stairs to and from office area.

· Ability to lift/pull up to 50lbs

Duties

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and repair mechanical systems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools.
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain appliances such as ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other kitchen equipment.
Operate company vehicles safely for on-site repairs or equipment deliveries as needed.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments or clients, providing effective solutions.
Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory for accountability and future reference.
Assist with the repair and servicing of mechanical systems including air conditioning units and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems.
Support the maintenance team in managing maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies to ensure readiness.
Lead or assist in training new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activities.
Skills

Extensive experience in appliance repair and service technician roles with a strong understanding of HVAC & appliance technology.
Proficiency reading schematics and technical diagrams for complex mechanical or electrical systems.
Demonstrated ability to repair HVAC systems, refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, and kitchen appliances efficiently.
Mechanical knowledge with expertise in mechanical systems repair and equipment maintenance.
Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices within industrial or commercial settings.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients or team members regarding repairs or technical issues.
Ability to operate company vehicles safely while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols.
Leadership qualities that facilitate teamwork and mentorship within the maintenance department.
Knowledge of HVAC/R standards including air conditioning system repair techniques.
Familiarity with troubleshooting tools such as multimeters, pressure gauges, and diagnostic software related to HVAC & appliance technology.
