Screen Print Machine Operator
We are looking for an experienced Screen Print Machine Operator to join our production team. We are looking for a skilled professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience who can maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
- Pay: $22.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM (OT as needed)
- Full Time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate screen printing machinery for high-volume production.
- Ensure precise registration and color consistency throughout the print run.
- Mix inks and prepare screens according to job specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional screen printing experience is required.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of ink viscosity, mesh counts, and squeegee pressure.
- Testing: All candidates must pass a hands-on technical test prior to being hired.
- Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
