PMIC Design Engineer

Full custom analog design of blocks such as PLLs, oscillators, bandgap references, LDOs, Buck / Boost, voltage regulators, high voltage detection circuits, ADCs, DACs, high speed comparators, etc. Provide feasibility studies for size/performance/schedule. Plan and coordinate with verification team to develop models for blocks and ensure full validation coverage. Provide floor-planning and support integration of digital & analog circuits at the full-chip level. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design BSEE required (MSEE/PhD preferred) PMIC design experience strongly preferred Solid understanding of switching regulators, integrated power MOSFETs and drivers, LDOs, precision amplifiers, oscillators, bandgap references, ADCs, DACs, high-speed comparators Experience with silicon tapeout cycles from spec to mass production, Cadence schematic capture, and Linux Design experience in CMOS/BiCMOS process Proficiency with Spectre and other analog simulators Knowledge of Verilog, Verilog-ams or other modeling / coding languages, as well as revision control tools such as SOS or SVN Bonus points for experience with small geometry BCD processes #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
