Overview The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting clientele and supporting the operational and sales needs of the store at Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location. Responsibilities Assist clientele and provide exceptional service. Support operational and sales needs of the store. Understand the Lilly Pulitzer brand, lifestyle, and merchandise. Apply product knowledge, market trends, and personalized outreach to drive sales. Develop and maintain client relationships. Maintain visual and operational standards set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams. Provide continuous feedback to store management on selling opportunities and successes. Adhere to Core Values and comply with policies and the Code of Conduct. Qualifications Prior retail or client service experience in fashion or retail industry preferred. Ability to work on feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Capacity to lift up to 20 pounds. Strong communication skills with clients, colleagues, and management. Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Position Details Classified as a part‑time, hourly, non‑exempt position. In‑store location at Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location. Required to collaborate with teammates in alignment with Core Values. Review of the position is conducted annually.
