- On site schedule will be limited. primarily WFH.
- We are seeking a motivated Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to manage the end-to-end hiring process for professional roles.
- As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will proactively identify staff vacancies, source and screen quality candidates, and efficiently manage applicant pipelines across multiple recruiting platforms.
- This position also emphasizes relationship-building with external partners to support both immediate hiring needs and future talent pipelines.
- Identify and prioritize staff vacancies in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Source, screen, and quickly shortlist quality candidates from a pool of applicants.
- Conduct interviews to obtain and verify information used to evaluate job applicants.
- Manage and optimize accounts on all major recruiting platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and anticipated openings, including internships.
- Establish, track, and nurture relationships with third-party recruiting agencies and university career centers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and assess candidates in line with role requirements.
- Maintain and update accurate records using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on professional or corporate roles.
- Demonstrated experience with sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Proficiency with recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven organizational and relationship-building skills.
- Identify staff vacancies and shortlist by quickly discerning quality candidates from a pool, recruit interview and select applicants.
- Manage accounts on all recruiting platforms.
- Build pipeline of candidates by establishing tracking and maintaining relationships with third party recruiting agencies and universities for anticipated staff openings and internships.
- Interview job applicants to obtain and verify information used to screen and evaluate them.
