The church values individuals who possess a deep love for God’s Word and His Church. This family-oriented, multi-generational congregation requires candidates to affirm the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 and to be called to preach and teach God’s Word. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to evangelism, discipleship, missions, pastoral care, and community outreach. Key Responsibilities Preaching & Teaching Deliver biblically sound, engaging, and applicable sermons. Clearly communicate truth while encouraging personal application. Establish order of worship service. Spiritual Leadership & Discipleship Provide vision aligned with the mission of the church. Foster spiritual growth and a culture of discipleship. Equip others to serve and lead. Demonstrate commitment to support the local association. Pastoral Care Shepherd and care for the congregation. Exhibit relational, approachable, and present qualities.
