Senior Assistant Restaurant Manager

Senior Assistant Manager – Chuck E. Cheese Commission Detail: Exempt: Commission potential from $0.50 to $10.00 for each Membership sold, and from $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold (paid bi‑weekly). Non‑Exempt: Commission potential from $2.00 to $8.00 for each Membership sold, and from $0.60 to $2.40 for each Fun Pass sold (paid bi‑weekly). Responsibilities Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, and support. Uphold product quality, cleanliness, and other company standards. Build sales and maximize profits by effectively recruiting, training, developing, and communicating company and guest expectations to the team. Coach, teach, and motivate the team to maintain high‑quality guest service and safety. Exercise good business skills and judgment in cost control procedures, financial accounting, inventory levels, and labor management. Qualifications At least 21 years of age (or as allowed by local law for specific duties). High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred. Minimum of two years of previous management experience in the food service industry or proven track record as a CEC Assistant Manager. Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds during the scheduled shift. Ability to perform duties requiring standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking, and squatting. Comfortable working in an environment with flashing lights, loud noise, and exposure to non‑weather related wet, humid, extreme heat, and cold conditions. Strong skills in coaching and developing others, demonstrating ethics and integrity, effective communication, empowering others, valuing diversity, time and priority management, and problem solving.
