Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time| 12 hour Shift 5a-5p

• Competitive Pay : $37-42/hour based on benefits chosen

• Respiratory Unit Bonus : Additional $1/hour

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and coordinate patient care using the nursing process
• Ensure positive clinical outcomes and maintain compliance
• Supervise and support CNAs and QMAs
• Excellent documentation

Requirements

Requirements of the Registered Nurse:

• Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana (Compact Licenses Accepted)
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility preferred
• Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
• Exceptional critical thinking skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
