Strategic Hiring: Lead discussions to define position requirements and candidate profiles. End-to-End Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer letters and background checks. Candidate Experience: Ensure a delightful journey for candidates, making them eager to join our team. Qualifications Experience: 2+ years in recruiting. Expertise: Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment law. Attributes: Self-motivated, adaptable, relationship-builder, and detail-oriented.
