Metal Fabricator (Immediate Hire)
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18 – $22 per hour (based on experience)
What You'll Do:
- Measure, mark, cut, and shape metal materials to specifications
- Operate fabrication equipment including rollers, drill presses, flame cutters, brakes, and shears
- Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Fabricate and assemble metal components and structures
- Grind, finish, and inspect completed work for quality
- Follow all safety standards and procedures
- Complete job reports and support production needs
What You Bring:
- Experience in metal fabrication or welding preferred
- AWS certification is a plus (not required)
- Ability to read blueprints and use fabrication tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Dependable and ready to work
