Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00–$19.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Threading Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Arlington, TX. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring thread rolling machines used to produce precision-threaded fasteners and components.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to inspect finished products, troubleshoot equipment issues, and maintain consistent production quality while following established safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate thread rolling machines to manufacture threaded fasteners according to specifications.

• Select and install appropriate thread rolling dies and adjust machine settings, including feed rates and pressure.

• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain consistent thread quality and production efficiency.

• Inspect finished components using micrometers, thread gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and thread specifications.

• Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions, tooling issues, and product defects.

• Perform basic machine maintenance and maintain clean, organized equipment and work areas.

• Record production quantities, inspection results, and quality control information.

• Follow established manufacturing procedures, production standards, and workplace safety guidelines.

Required Experience

• Previous experience operating thread rolling machines or similar manufacturing equipment preferred.

• Experience performing machine setups, tooling adjustments, or quality inspections in a manufacturing environment.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Experience manufacturing threaded fasteners, bolts, screws, or precision metal components.

• Experience with thread rolling dies, machine troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

• Experience inspecting threaded components using precision measuring equipment.

Required Skills

1. Thread Rolling Machine Operation & Setup: Ability to operate threading equipment, select and install rolling dies, and adjust machine settings to produce threaded components.

2. Blueprint Reading & Precision Inspection: Ability to interpret thread specifications, inspect finished parts, and verify dimensions and tolerances using micrometers, thread gauges, and other measuring instruments.

3. Mechanical Troubleshooting & Quality Control: Ability to identify machine issues, make equipment adjustments, perform basic maintenance, and maintain consistent product quality.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
